Only in Iowa will you find this at your children’s park. Not only did someone find a lost item, that person went home, got a baggie and twisty-tie, wrote a note, and then went back to the park and secured it to a picnic table in hopes the owner would find it. I guess this is what they mean by, “Iowa Nice!”
